about the job
- Performing sales activities (prospecting, presentation, closing, after sales coordination).
- Training and coordinating external agencies on weekly sales report, marketing collateral, promotional materials, and provide training for new agency panels as and when necessary.
- Plan, manage, measure, and coordinate all end-to-end marketing and branding activities of the company.
- Conduct market surveys and research, to identify new market opportunities & challenges.
- Responsible for the development proposal report, market surveys, competitor analysis, property exhibitions etc.
- Improving product marketability and profitability for new and current project sales.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Manager, a data driven and passionate professional with many years of experience in the industry.
skills & experience required
- Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication or any discipline related to the field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the property development sector.
