the role
- Perform the installation and commissioning of medical devices at health care facilities, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet the required specifications.
- Provide preventive maintenance and repair services for high-precision medical devices, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with complex medical equipment, utilising your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Serve as a technical resource for health care professionals, providing training and guidance on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation, ensuring all work complies with regulatory and company standards.
- Partner with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on field experiences.
- Ensure that all service activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, including safety standards and quality management systems.
the experience
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing medical devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work proactively and manage time effectively.
