Job Description:
Possess strong business sense and logical reasoning abilities, capable of forming an understanding of business models and making judgments on financial resource allocation through comprehension of business goals and operational models.
Perform foundational financial support tasks, including but not limited to daily scenario and contract reviews, monthly closing support, financial forecasting, budget progress management, and financial analysis.
Demonstrate risk management awareness, identify risks in processes and systems, and drive continuous optimization.
Have data analysis skills to support various business decisions by analyzing and extracting insights from data.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of financial work experience. CPA or ACCA qualification is a plus, and experience in accounting firms or large companies' management programs is preferred.
Demonstrate integrity, diligence, optimism, with good stress tolerance, a high sense of responsibility, self-driven, and strong teamwork spirit.
Possess strong business sense and excellent learning capabilities, able to adapt to rapidly changing business environments and continuously iterate business and financial understanding.
Strong external communication and collaboration skills to promptly drive and influence business processes.
Experience in data processing and manipulation skills (SQL, etc.) is a plus.
