about the job
- Responsible for the completion and compilation analysis of annual budget, board presentations, financial models
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports
- Prepare monthly financial reports (including Global Delivery reporting) in accordance to corpo-rate requirements Ensure all monthly financial/management reporting timelines are met.
- Working closely with Buiness Lead for the tracks and reports on weekly utilization report, including investigate incorrect entries, project utilization level and clarify on any transactions if needed
- Responsible for providing detailed analysis and commentary of the performance of respective Business Units
- Responsible for the utilization of the financial and management reporting
- Organize and perform month end closing activities independently– ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial input, as well as relevant supporting documents
- Support and monitor the KPI calculation for consultants with regards to utilization and hours charged to timesheet system

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 to 9 years of financial analysis, planning and business controls experience
- Familiar with SAP accounting system plus strong analytical skillset.
- Detail oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment, deliver independently with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration skills, initiative and proactiveness to build good rapport cross teams as well as within the team.
- Must have high proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deal confidently with various stakeholders.
- Hands on Power BI experience
