about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior HR & Admin Executive to join their team in Selangor. You will be responsible for the full scope of HR activities and General Affairs for all facilities and building management, IT, and administration tasks. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Overseeing a full scope of HR activities, including compensation & benefits, performance management system, recruitment, employee relations etc
- Administrative duties such daily administrative collection of mails, and arranging for courier services
- Maintain and replenish office stationery, IT related equipment and pantry supplies
- Attend to phone calls and receive customers
- Office maintenance and repair
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
about the manager/team
Reporting to the GM and functional reporting to Regional HR Manager, you will work as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
