about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior HRBP to act as a point of contact for employees and managers/ leaders to deliver customised and forward-looking solutions, initiatives and policies to tackle complex issues faced by the company. You will also manage complex topics and take a consultative approach and act as a key advisor to the leadership team, come up with innovative ideas to attract and retain talent and align business objectives with HR initiatives and solutions for both employees and business managers.

You will be reporting directly to the HR Director and leading a team of 2.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 15 years of experience in similar industries.
