    Randstad is collaborating with a publicly listed organization, our client has a long standing reputation as one of the leading Telco in Southeast Asia. With strong focus in system software development, we are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team.


    about the job
    You will be supporting the end to end recruitment cycle in line with the company's growth and strategy plan. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

    • Understanding the business needs and mapping them to the skills within the Market;
    • Conducting external strategic searches
    • Managing the entire recruiting process (sourcing, CV screening, interviews, assessment, offers, feedback sessions etc.);
    • Optimizing the candidate’s experience by guiding them through hiring process and connecting them to the company culture;
    • As an active key role in the company's development, you will also be involved in creating different strategies and organizing different events in order to facilitate the company’s growth goals.


    about the manager/team

    You will report directly to the Hiring Manager who is an entrepreneurial individual - a self starter with a strong passion for people. You will receive exposure to drive HR initiatives and working with various stakeholders.


    skills & experience required

    The successful candidate will be rewarded with a monthly salary up to RM4,500 with variable bonuses. You will come with some years of experience in handling HR functions with a key focus on talent acquisition. You enjoy speaking and networking with all levels of stakeholders as well as meeting quantitative KPIs.
