Key Accountabilities:
- Spearhead strategic recruitment initiatives, encompassing workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding, while formulating and executing robust retention strategies to sustain a high-calibre workforce.
- Act as a pivotal liaison between leadership and employees, adeptly addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and cultivating a positive, inclusive organisational culture.
- Direct the performance appraisal framework, ensuring that evaluations are equitable, constructive, and aligned with overarching corporate goals.
- Strategically assess organisational training needs and design comprehensive development programs to enhance employee capabilities, foster career growth, and build leadership potential.
- Oversee the administration of payroll, employee benefits, and remuneration structures, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards to attract and retain top talent.

Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary education
- Proven experience in senior HR roles with a strong track record of managing HR functions at a strategic level
- Expertise in recruitment strategies and retention programs to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Skilled in managing employee relations and overseeing performance management processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
