They are currently looking for a Corporate Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization that encompasses various departments, business units, local and oversea subsidiaries. Your responsibilities and accountabilities will be but not limited to:-
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations
- Performance management
- Training & development
- Talent management
- General office/factory administration.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the GM HR, you will be leading a team of 8 in the hr department and work closely with HR in the subsidiaries.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You have strong time management skills, personal efficiency, strong communication and problem solving skills. Is that you?
