about the job
This role will be supporting the growing shared services center for company to hire and attract talents to build the newly set-up SSC.

• Center of excellence (CoE) for end-to-end recruitment process from hire to retire. Utilize and manage multiple recruitment channel to attract talent into our organization.
• Strong experience in hiring foreign knowledge expert in different functions.
• Actively engage talents in the relevant market to build external talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Working with SEA TA Partner to drive and execute employer branding initiative.
• Develop and drive young talent programme i.e. internship program, young graduate program.
• Plan and facilitate new joiner induction program by coordinating with different stakeholder from another department.
• Conduct and facilitate employee touchpoints to gain better understanding of employee issue and improve employment experience.
• Support and coordinate in employee engagement initiative to build continuous people engagement and improve employment experience.
• Prepared and proposes remuneration proposal by comparing with external market data and internal equity.
• Process and update employee information into HRIS database with high accuracy e. Workday.
