about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a Senior HRBP Manager to join their team. You are responsible to oversee the whole of HRBP team functions; i.e Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Direct Recruitment, welfare, and Corporate HR initiatives or projects etc; oversee and ensure the implementation of all HR/IR policies, frameworks, and guidelines
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience and at least 4 years in senior management level. You have strong knowledge in employment act, industrial relation act, and other employment laws. You have strong strategic, liaison, manpower leveraging & planning management skills. Is that you?
