about the role
In response to their growth, they are currently looking for a Senior HRBP to join them. You will be supporting the end to end recruitment cycle in line with the company's growth and strategy plan. You will also be responsible to provide end to end HR solutions, and advice while partnering with business leaders in areas including but not limited to building organisational capability, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, L&D, employee engagement, communication, HRIS/special projects/analytics and HR team development.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of recruiting experience and with strong recruitment exposure in IT industry. You have excellent networking and communications skills. You have a strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints. Is that you?
In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 20,000 plus performance bonuses. More importantly, it will offer you the opportunity to work in a fast moving and growing organization.
