the role
- Lead and execute omnichannel sales strategies, including planning and trade investment management.
- Drive annual sales plans, joint business planning (JBP), and in-store execution of promotions and product visibility for the Modern Trade channels.
- Negotiate new product launches, space management, and promotional activities at local and national levels.
- Manage inventory, resolve trade issues, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of key account management experience in FMCG (skincare/personal care preferred).
- Experience managing Modern Trade channels (chain pharmacy/hyper/super).
- Strong technical and communication skills.
