the role
- Support the Key Account Manager in daily operations, managing client accounts and order processes while developing strong relationships with key clients.
- Execute sales plans, monitor performance, and recommend promotional activities to drive business growth and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maximize merchandising and shelf presence, ensuring compliance with planograms and securing secondary displays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategies, while continuously building market knowledge and identifying sales leads.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of key account management experience in FMCG (skincare/personal care preferred).
- Experience managing Modern Trade channels (chain pharmacy/hyper/super).
- Strong technical and communication skills.
