    You will be reporting to the Head of Key Accounts & E-Commerce

    Responsibilities:

    • The purpose of the Key Account Manager is to primarily be responsible in driving profitable growth across the assigned key accounts
    • You will be accountable for achieving the assigned key accounts sales and profitability, product distribution, pricing strategy/market share and merchandising objectives
    • You will need to implement the customer strategies and plans in alignment with the company's commercial strategy and plan to achieve the set target
    • You will also need to conduct top to top business business review to gain a competitive advantage
    • Finally, you will need to analyse and negotiate appropriate customer trading terms within the company guidelines

    Requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognised university
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably from the FMCG industry
    • Possess own transportation
    • Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, communication and people managing skills
