- Understand market demand, perform market research, and develop feasible leasing strategies for the office tower owned by the company.
- Maintain and build rapport with tenants, agents, and business partners.
- Conceptualize and develop strategies to maximize building occupancy.
- Prepare activity reports and follow up on the status of negotiations with tenants.
- Maintain and update tenancy documentation and records.
- Conduct property viewings, follow up with prospects, and initiate business development calls.
- Liaise with tenants or prospects regarding lease initiation, termination, rental payments, complaints, and inquiries. Initiate necessary related actions or documentation, including the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned to support overall commercial property management.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate/Property Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial property leasing
- Driven, ambitious, and proactive character
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
