    Your future employer is a well-known Property Developer that has completed multiple projects (residences, malls, etc.) in the past, and is currently looking for a Senior Property Manager for their property management department.

    about the job

    • Oversee the overall property management functions of the company
    • Attend to the owners and resolve their problems/complaints, report and follow up with contractors on rectification of defects
    • Collaborate closely with Project Team, Maintenance Engineering Team and Security Team to ensure the facilities of building are maintained properly
    • Organize and lead the first AGM for Management Corporation and ensure relevant documentation is in proper manner
    • Liaise with state and local regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with various code/building requirements.
    • Design, evaluate and enhance the procedures/guidelines/policies of the property management department
    • Build rapport with owners as well as 3rd party service providers
    • Monitor and ensure that the operations and condition of transformers, standby generators and low tension electrical installations, fire-fighting system and other building equipment are functioning well
    • Manage and supervise building managers and technicians who are involved in the management of multiple property projects

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent
    • At least 8 years of experience in property management, preferably at managerial level
    • Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers
    • Extensive experience in managing different types of property projects (strata landed, strata high-rise, mixed development, non-strata)
    • Well versed with Strata Management Act 2013, Strata Management Regulation 2015 & Building By-laws
    • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
    • Willing to relocate for work
