about the job

  • Reporting to the Head of S&M, you will be managing 3 departments: Sales, Marketing and Sales Admin
  • Strategizing the overall branding, concept, product and strategy of development projects, from feasibility studies to post-completion analysis.
  • Monitor market developments and trends, as well as economic indicators in order to propose suitable and realistic strategies and action plans moving forward.
  • Planning and deploying suitable marketing strategies and sales activities to drive project profitability.
  • Prepare and maintain budgetry controls, as well as using suitable metrics to monitor performance.

about the manager / team

Reporting to the Head of S&M, he is a hands on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. He believes in detail planning to deliver good results. The team works well and has good team spirit working under him.

skills & experience required

  • 15 years of working experience in the property development industry with exposure in total sales life-cycle
  • Degree in Marketing or its equivalent
