    about the job

    Reporting to the Managing Director.

    Managing a team.

    You will be responsible for developing overall vision for the assigned category and subsequently for all elements of strategic planning, development and implementation, to achieve the KPIs required.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Formulate marketing strategies to sustain and build brand awareness to drive the business growth
    • Responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all product launches and marketing activities
    • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts and increasing profitability
    • Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
    • Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor degree
    • Minimum 12 years of marketing/brand management experience in the FMCG industry
    • Strategic thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans
    • Strong communication, presentation and project management skill
    • Demonstrate strengths in leadership, interpersonal and functional technical skills
