about the job
This role reports to the Head of Department, with a dotted line reporting to the CEO.
- Back to office at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

- Identify market opportunities, articulate competitive differentiation, and deeply understand target segments to evolve and help execute the go-to-market strategy for Hibah & Islamic Inheritance solutions
- Strategize, plan and create B2C brand communications for both online and offline platforms to accurately convey the product to its target audience.
- Establish value propositions and create solution messaging that differentiates Hibah & Islamic inheritance solutions from other providers
- Be the advocate and knowledge source to drive customer requirements and initiatives to grow revenue specific to Bank’s customers
- Identify, lead, collaborate, and coordinate with 3rd party creative/advertising/event agencies for deployment of marketing plans.
about you
- Preferred background: Marketing Agencies OR Islamic Banking/ Islamic Wealth/ Hibah/ Takaful companies.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (Social Media, Search, Video) and Traditional Marketing.
- Has extensive knowledge in content strategy to drive conversion especially on digital commercial platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and other digital media channels.
- Strength in developing effective B2C brand communications in Bahasa Melayu for various marketing platforms.
- Revenue analytics driven especially when delivering marketing campaigns to ensure ROI is achieved.
