you will need to be well-verse in M&E construction methodologies and design with ability to propose relevant construction planning and methodologies
you will need to ensure that tender's M&E requirements are fully complied and organized before submission
you will need to carry out desktopo study and site visit necessarily with reporting for tenders and on-going projects (local & regional)
you will need to organize and harness the efforts of all internal and external parties in relation to tendering activities. necessarily liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
you will need to undertake any other ad-hoc assignment which may be given from time to time

job requirements

min. degree holder in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering
familiar with M&E services in construction industry with experience working as main contractor
perferably with some working experience in M&E consultant firm
familiar with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
With some networking and contacts with local suppliers & subcontractors
must be able to speak and read in mandarin due to project nature
