Thorough Research: Conduct comprehensive searches on biomedical databases and web resources to gather relevant information.
Search Strategy Development: Refine and create search strategies for various healthcare topics, while providing feedback on peers' strategies.
Search Results Management: Evaluate and organize search outcomes using advanced tools for citation management and assessment.
Collaboration and Delivery: Collaborate with teams to define search scopes for rapid and systematic reviews, guide report production, and deliver insightful presentations to stakeholders.
Process Enhancement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement, actively participate in team meetings, and undertake occasional professional development activities.

the experience

Educational Background: Possess a PhD/Master’s Degree in Library Science (MLS) or Library Information Science (MSLIS) or equivalent.
Experience: Bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in biomedical database research.
Medical Expertise: Familiarity with evidence-based medicine principles, Medical Subject Headings (MeSH), and EMTREE.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using citation management systems like EndNote and/or Reference Manager, along with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Collaborative Skills: Demonstrate strong collaboration abilities, particularly in team-based settings, and an aptitude for developing efficient search strategies for reviews.
