Develop, maintain and optimise the mobile application features using the Flutter framework to ensure its scalability, efficiency and robustness
Write code that is clean and maintainable that follows the industry standards and best practice
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features that align with the business goals and requirements
Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure alignment and quality of the code prepared
Research on the latest technology and tools, pioneer implementation as well as provide effective input to improve the company practices and quality of the product
Carry out debugging and testing of the code developed to troubleshoot and solve any issues that ensures excellent overall app performance
Mentor and guide junior developers during projects

must have requirements

Proven working experience with iOS/Android mobile app development for at least 3 years
Minimum 3 years of working experience using Dart with Flutter framework for development
Willing to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong understanding of the mobile app development life-cycle
Experience handling troubleshooting and debugging tasks
Familiarity with RESTful API
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or IT/ related fields

nice to haves

Familiarity with native mobile app development using Swift/Objective-c, Java/Kotlin
Has worked in the Agile methodology environment
