Our client is a big size integrated facilities management company with group assets in excess of RM3 Billion.

about the job

  • Run daily Facilities Management (FM) operations of multiple sites.
  • Responsible and accountable for overall quality of delivery of FM services to the client including financial, resource and performance management and reporting.
  • Pivotal in developing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with the clients and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and management guidance to FM Managers and FM team.
  • Monitor/review operational costs. Responsible for financial performance of business.
  • Provide leadership in delivering customers’ strategic goals in facilities management, innovations, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities and value-add to our clients with proposals to increase productivity, lower operating expenses and safety enhancement for the client.
  • Ensure maintenance services’ qualities are consistent and of high standards and those clear and effective operational procedures are established.

about the manager / team

Reporting to the Director of Operations, he is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. He believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit.

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant M&E experience covering office buildings and medical centre/hospital
  • Experienced in costing & tendering
  • Good client management skills, capable of navigating difficult situations in a dynamic environment
