The individual must be able to have effective reporting and consultation with the Team Lead and Operations Manager as well as good and effective work coordination and communication with other divisions within the organisation.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Responsible for input data into payroll system and maintenance of clients’ staff and payroll informationProvide full spectrum of payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation, execution (salaries, leave, and other compensation calculations), and reconciliationMonitor and execute payroll activities according to payroll processing scheduleManage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and disbursed to client’s employee in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with the local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelinesEnsure timely submission statutory remittanceProcess accurate and timely year-end reporting key Requirements:Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalentMinimum 3 years relevant working experiencePreferably have knowledge in Hong Kong payroll skills no additional skills required qualification no additional qualifications required educational requirements Bachelor Degree share Facebook LinkedIn Twitter
