• Job title : Senior Presales Engineer
• Location : Klang Valley, Malaysia(Fully WFH)
• Salary : RM12,000 - RM24,000
• Employment : Full-time permanent

about the job

• You will be required to handle POC’s and presentations to clients and customers
• Propose appropriate solutions to clients
• Support technically on the sales process
• Occasionally travel within Malaysia or within the SEA region to support and present to clients when necessary

about the manager/team

You will be one of the pioneer staff to spearhead the operations and team for this company and be managed by an experienced and overseas Technical Director, hence a huge opportunity to learn and further progress in your career.

skills and experience required

• At least 5 years of experience in pre sales or support roles in IT
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure as a whole(Windows and/or Linux)
• Experience in O365, Salesforce and Confluence
• Experience in Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and AWS would be a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills are necessary
