About the company


We are looking for Senior Production Engineer (Test) with a strong experience in test background. Our client is the global leaders who are the manufacturer of electrical/electronic products

  • Reporting to: HOD
  • Teamsize: 3 (approximately expand to 5)
  • Regions covered : Malaysia
  • Excellent remuneration package

About the job

  • Collaborate with vendors and OSATs engineering team
  • Debug and deploy hardware/software to support production
  • Develop mass manufacturing capability for new products and volume ramp
  • Collaborate with worldwide Operations and Systems personnel to release test solutions into production
  • Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects
  • Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve

Skills/experience

  • Willing to work in Ipoh
  • Minimum 5-8 years experiences in related field
  • At least 2 years in managing people
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Experience with automated test equipment and hardware – tester, handler & probers
  • Experience in Failure Analysis, yield analysis, yield enhancement, and cost reduction
  • Experience with worldwide production will be added advantages
