They are currently seeking independent individuals with expertise and design background in project conceptualization as well as management, with prior experience of managing a team and external stakeholders and high proficiency in BIM (Revit). This position will be based in Malaysia.

... - Perform architectural designs and develop concepts within the company
- Manage design and production processes for the company as well as with the clients
- A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts etc
- Utilize understanding of regulatory requirements to create documentation for permit approvals
- Overseeing the quality control and output of BIM models, documentation, detailing, and coordination
skills & experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Architecture, with a portfolio of high-end residential and mixed development projects
- Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred
- Proficiency in Revit and Autocad will have an added advantage
