Randstad is partnering with an international company who are the market leader for HVAC products. The company is currently looking for a Quality Lead as part of their growth strategy.

You will need to:

• Responsible for the development of the QA/QC and inspection program that meets the provisions of the Operations Action Plan (OAP) and manufacturer’s recommendations and/or Government specifications;
• Review the production activities and capabilities in light of quality requirements;
• Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the staff’s quality or inspection system including in-house sampling plans;
• Analyze quality data to detect unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses in the crew's quality or inspection system and design alternatives if necessary;
• Verify by test or inspection to ensure products used comply with contractual requirements before they are utilized;
• Ensure corrective action are carried out by the crew when inadequacies are detected in the inspection system or quality program;
• Responsible for QA/QC human resources and facilities/equipment planning and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any engineering discipline
• More than 5 years working experience in QA/QC functions & experience in leading a team
• Must have HVAC background
