    about the role

    They are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their TA team. You will be supporting the end to end recruitment cycle in line with the company's growth and strategy plan. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

    • Take ownership of driving the end-to-end TA strategy
    • Collaborate with the leadership team & company management to understand talent needs across several departments
    • Responsible to drive a better talent pool network, headhunting activities and build new sourcing options
    • Partner up with other members within the HR department to leverage talent trends, recruitment best practices to identify talent pool

    about the team/manager

    You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of recruiting experience and with exposure in IT recruiting. You have excellent networking and communications skills. You have a strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints. Is that you?
