    about the job

    • Responsible for managing a portfolio (corporate clients) including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing, and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services.
    • Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
    • Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
    • Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as ‘The Trusted Banker to call’.
    • Identify clients’ needs and capture new financing and/or cross-selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability.
    • Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned.
    • Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Customer (“KYC”).

    about the manager/team

    • Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Banking, he is a highly experienced sales-oriented manager with outstanding leadership and track record. The team works well and has a good team spirit.

    skills & experience required

    • Local Malaysian, with a bachelor’s degree/diploma from a recognised institution.
    • Minimum 8 years of sales experience covering corporate and/or SME banking.
    • Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter.
    • Positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
