about the company

Randstad is partnering with a Switzerland based MNC company that specialize in providing sensory technology and process instrument for various industries. The company is expanding their business in Malaysia and looking for additional headcount for their Malaysia branch.

about your team

You will be reporting to the Malaysia Sales Manager and dotted report to Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore. Your team is composed of dynamic individuals who are helpful and strive for common goals.

duties and responsibility

  • Target industry segments and drive new customer base and sales growth.
  • As a hands-on Engineer providing product sales, technical and
    promotional support.
  • Feedback on market competition and determine competitive product
    positioning and pricing to achieve more successful closing of sales.
  • Build up sales pipelines in the target segments in alignment to the company
    market development initiatives
  • Manage and execute projects that meet our internal standard and customer expectation
  • Follow up delivery & ensure no late delivery & continuous improvement of project profitability.

skill/experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering study in Electrical and Electronic/mechanical/mechatronic
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in similar field
  • Candidate coming from technical background and wants to explore in a new challenge and wants to be reward proportionally for their hard work is welcome to apply as well.
  • Computer skills – word, excel , powerpoint
