Randstad is partnering with a local based company that specializes in valve automation. The company is expanding their sales team and looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities

- Attaining individual sales targets and contributing to the achievement of company objectives.
- Articulating and promoting the company's products and services to clientele.
- Engaging in discussions with customers or engineers to address inquiries, clarify product specifications, and understand equipment requirements.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, preparing quotations, diligently following up on quotations, finalizing orders, negotiating pricing, managing sales, and collecting payments.
- Conducting research and product development to tailor solutions to meet customers' technical demands and preferences.
- Collaborating with sales teams to gain insights into customer requirements, thus enhancing our ability to offer better solutions.
- Assisting customers facing challenges with installed products, offering recommendations for improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
- Soliciting and documenting client feedback, analyzing this information to devise innovative sales and marketing strategies for targeted customer segments.
- Identifying areas for enhancement and communicating these concerns, along with potential solutions, to senior management.
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/E&E or equivalent)
- Experience in sales and knowledge in valves/actuators will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess own transport (car allowance will be provided)
- Willingness to travel
