Randstad is partnering with a German based MNC company that specializes in solutions in industrial process, control and fluid instrumentation. The company is expanding their sales team and looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
- Take ownership and drive sales growth, surpassing sales targets in Malaysia by executing local sales strategies
- Manage sales process with clients, covering project development, proposal submission, selection, order fulfillment, and post-sales support
- Visit clients site for sales pitches and product presentations
- Align with and implement the company's established business strategies
- Develop and manage customer network, focusing on selected customers, industries and territories
- Provide sales and post-sales assistance, coordinating efforts with internal departments and customers
- Deliver monthly reports on sales performance
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts and decision-markers within existing and potential customer organizations to gain new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in fluid, level and control instrumentations
- Strong connections within the general industries will be an added advantage (palm oil, F&B, petrochemical, power, waterworks)
