Randstad is partnering with an international building material company specialising in the door industry. The company is expanding their business and currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager as part of their growth strategy.
duties and responsibility:
- to identify and source for new business opportunities locally
- to improve the process of sales, installation and service
- to be accountable for p&l, balance sheet & KPIs
- to coach and lead the existing sales team
- proven B2B sales background in building material industry
- strong leadership and excellent analytic skills
- negotiating contracts and managing stakeholders e.g. vendors, suppliers and partners.
- able to work in face-paced working environment
