Randstad is partnering with a MNC building material company specialising in the ironmongery industry. The company is expanding their business and currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager as part of their growth strategy.

duties and responsibility:

to identify and source for new business opportunities locally
to improve the process of sales, installation and service
to be accountable for p&l, balance sheet & KPIs
to lead and drive the team for a high performance culture mindset

skill/ experience:

proven B2B sales background in building material industry
strong leadership and excellent analytical skills
experience from working in a global corporate setting
fluent command of spoken and written English
