Our client is an established property developer with multiple ongoing development projects across Klang Valley with GDV exceeding RM2 Billion.

about the job

  • Supported by 3 - 5 Sales Managers, you will lead a team of more than 30 property sales executives focusing on 3 - 5 residential/mixed development projects at a time.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand market/clientele coverage in order to maximize sales revenue and increase market share.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to devise the best possible plans to drive annual sales revenue while meeting the gross profit margin.
  • Proactively identify, engage and develop market information/trends i.e. competitor pricing and project strategies.
  • Ensure the efficiency of the sales administration team in handling the SPA before passing over to the credit administration department.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Director, he is a hands-on and friendly person to work with. He believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has a good team spirit working under this manager.

skills & experience required

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience with a proven sales track record in the property development industry
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or its equivalent
