about the job

Plan, design, implement, and optimize diverse security technologies to support the organization’s information security strategy.
Collaborate with a team of security experts managing endpoint security, data loss prevention, email protection, network defense, vulnerability assessments, encryption, and key management.
Set up, troubleshoot, and deploy security-related infrastructure, software, and hardware across on-premises, cloud-hosted, cloud-native, and SaaS environments.
Initiate RFP/RFI processes and evaluate solutions based on features and capabilities suited to the organization’s environment and needs.
Support proof of concept (PoC) trials, technical evaluations, procurement, management, and configuration of security tools across various platforms.
Lead security projects to completion, meeting scope, deadlines, and budget requirements.
Continuously assess security systems for improvements, including automation, environment integration, and custom features.
Keep current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively strengthen security measures.
Conduct risk assessments and establish contingency plans to address potential security incidents and ensure business continuity.
Act as a subject matter expert for relevant security technologies, offering technical advice and recommendations to stakeholders organization-wide.

about the requirements

Have hands-on experience implementing solutions in at least one security domain, such as endpoint protection, data loss prevention, email security, network security, security baselines, or encryption and key management.
Proficiency in any scripting language will be an advantage
Relevant certifications such as CISSP / CCSP / CISM or Comptia Security+ are preferred
Experienced in managing and aligning stakeholder expectations across business, technical, and operations teams.
Previous experience in a global or regional role is preferred, with additional experience in the financial services or technology industry considered a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or relevant field
