Effective monitoring of existing contract’s expiry status.
Fully responsible to ensure that the maintenance units are with a valid and signed agreement. Ongoing maintenance with an expired agreement shall be avoided at all times.
To follow-up closely on the renewal proposal with the intention of securing the contracts before its expiry date.
To liaise closely with the Service Engineer and Supervisor for opportunities to increase spare parts repairs sales.
Regularly visit customers to build good customer relationships and to assess customer’s satisfaction with our services.
Liaising with factories for quotations on upgrading/modernization proposals.
To monitor closely on all works executed and ensure that billings are done accordingly.
To assist in the monitoring of the Service Debtors account, initiate action plan and follow-up on that bad paymaster.
Ensuring that the customer’s account is within the stipulated credit terms.
Perform administrative function i.e. Sales Activities Report, correspondence and sales proposal quotation to customers, proposal quotation from factory, etc.
Seek opportunities to increase the service unit’s portfolio.
Fully responsible to achieve the Company’s Service Sales Budget.
Responsible for submitting monthly sales forecasts and activities reports.
Shall be fully responsible for all services sales activities in HQ, Branches and Depots.
requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering /Electronics Engineering or related fields.
5 years working experience and candidates with experience in the elevator industry will be added advantage.
