Key Responsibilities

Be involved in all stages of software development, from analyzing requirements, designing, coding, testing, to deploying.
Build, maintain, and enhance microservices architecture and messaging systems.
Offer technical direction and guidance to junior developers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with teams across different functions, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure top-quality software delivery.
Constantly enhance development processes and standards to guarantee adherence to best practices.
Write efficient, maintainable, and neat code.
Diagnose and fix issues with applications.

What you'll need to succeed

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Have a minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
Possess extensive expertise in Agile methodologies and practices, particularly Scrum.
Have significant proficiency in microservice architecture and messaging systems, such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and others.
Be skilled in the following programming language, for instance, Javascript, C#(.NET).
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Have practical experience collaborating with Agile teams and contributing to ceremonies.
Have robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Great to haves:

Knowledge of/experience in financial services, accounting systems.
Experience in Cloud (either Azure or AWS)
