Randstad is partnering with an international sportswear company. The company is expanding their Supply Chain team and looking for Senior Supply Chain Manager as part of their strategic growth plan.
duties and responsibility:
- Primary responsibilities include managing and continually improving planning, logistics, warehousing and shipping function activities and procedures within the Distribution Department.
- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of distribution management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
- Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the distribution.
- Manage and supervise staff tasked with creating material requirement plans and/or forecasts.
- Analyses current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of distribution and profitability for the company.
- Manage current and long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals. Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting.
skill/experience:
- Minimum 10 years working experience with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in supply
