The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will be assigned two (2) primary tasks, where the weightage is out of 100%.
They are as follows.
1) Fulfillment (40%): Internal and External fulfillment job orders via internal stakeholders/LoB’s or Sales personals.
He/She will be managing a team of five (5) Talent Acquisition (TA’s) personals, where the individual’s primary KPI is
the fulfillment rate of the job order as per the requested time period from the LoB/Client.
2) New Sales (60%) : To introduce new placement services from clients and supporting the sales personals to close
potential contracts. The KPI will be based on qualified leads by the Senior TA, which will be a minimum of five(5)
leads per month.
Objectives of this role :
1. Fulfilling internal(LoB’s) and External (Client) placement job orders.
2. Recruiting and fulfilling Sales orders and presenting market landscape/research to management team via
introducing strategies to and new opportunities.
3. Managing the TA’s performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensuring individual TA KPI’s are
tracked and monitored.
4. Implement new sourcing strategies and overlooking the corporate recruitment events/initiatives.
5. Introducing New Clients leads through a targeted business development strategy.
6. To build and maintain a close relationship with LoB leaders/Clients and assuring contractual SLA’s/KPI’s are
met.
Responsibilities:
1. Compile and analyse fulfilment results/data and identify point of failures (PoF’s) with improvement
plans.
2. New client churn not to exceed 5% after onboarding (Post Sales). This is only applicable for new
clients onboarding who require placement services and not the employees that has been placed
under client payroll.
3. To source and promote recruitment needs via social media channels, such as LinkedIn and other
professional networks.
4. To adhere to internal recruitment policies as per ISO (QMS) standards in the company and client
recruitment policies/guidelines.
5. To coordinate with TA’s and stakeholders (Lob/Client) pertaining to Job posting, Job Description and
onboarding paperwork.
6. To organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
7. To support internal HR department for any onboarding of new employees. i.e He/She will work with
the HR executive and Marketing Department to ensure that TASA merchandise (if any) is provided to
new recruits (LoB employees only) at the point of onboarding.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
3. 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
5. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting (Excel / Power BI)
