about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the TA team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- Understand the hiring needs and hiring gap in the organization
- Initiate hiring strategy and plan to close the hiring needs and gap
- Improve current hiring platform and job portals for advertising
- Implement employer branding in recruitment strategy according to division
- Improve candidate experience in the recruitment process
- Source and establish talent pipeline for future hiring
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the HR Director, and will be leading a team of 2-3.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition.
