Job title : Senior Technical Engineer (Network)
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary : RM6,000 - RM12,000
Employment : Full-time permanent

roles and responsibilities

Provide onsite or offsite support to customer
To lead the project incident report from technical perspective
Responsible for carrying out complex installations (more than one technology)
Lead or participate in project deployment
Ensure project deployment according to timeline

knowledge, skills and experience

Strong understanding of TCP/IP routing, network packet analysis tool use and configuration
Experience with Cisco solutions such as Nexus, SDN, SDA, SD-WAN, ISE, Meraki, wireless etc.
Familiar with network equipment such as router and switches
Strong communication skills and customer management skills, ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written communications
