About the company

Our client is a MNC company which delivered assembly, test manufacturing services and innovative solutions to semiconductor and microelectronics companies by using advanced technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on various electronics board trouble shooting, such as test, repair and improvement activities such as reverse engineering, modification and cost down.
  • To installs, repairs and replaces through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) packages when necessary.
  • To run diagnostics on discrete & IC semiconductor tester such as Teradyne, Powertech, Shibasoku, ERD, Hokuto etc.
  • To locate and address any problem, order parts and replace / repair parts when needed.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor or master degree in either electronics, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering disciplines
  • Minimal of 5-8 years of experience in electronics board repair and semiconductor test process specifically.
  • Ability on firmware programming then able to upload and download to test board.
  • Ability to use several programming devices such as EPROM, FPGAs writers etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in Power device / QFN package / Flip chip assembly is desirable.
  • Good knowledge and experience of ISO, IATF automotive standards.
  • Good knowledge and experience of FMEA, DOE, Statistical tools, 8D, 5S, 6 Sigma and other world standard methodology
