about the job

Process Management and Quality Assurance

  • Leading Service Operations to meet the goals and objectives agreed in the strategy, ensuring that all service targets are met and reported against.
  • Ensure quality in all aspects of service delivery; maintain the appropriate level of performance indicators for the service coverage to 24 hours mode.
  • Managing the monthly performance reporting (contracted SLA) and representing service delivery at governance forums.
  • Extensive service management & service operational experience
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a rapidly changing environment
  • Managed and delivered significant activities to achieve strategic cost reduction plans


  • Relationship management (for customers, suppliers).
  • Above 5 years of experience in Service management role.
  • Extensive experience in the implementation of a ITIL based service management
  • Articulate communication (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation).
  • Strategic business plan development and implementation.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate at all levels across IT, suppliers and the business community.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management.
  • Proven ability to work with third party service providers.
  • Thorough knowledge of SLA development and management.
