about the job
As the new Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with the internal team to track and create accurate timelines for all ongoing projects. To ensure consistent results, you are responsible for setting the performance standards, as well as communicating regular reporting your stakeholders for updates. Your position will also require you to be one of the key contacts for client outreach when engaging in new projects.
requirements:
- ITIL management professional
- 3-5 years in Agile methodology
- In-depth documentation experience
