about the job
- To design and strategize IT outsourcing processes, transformation and SLA to fit client agreement and support.
- Manage customer satisfaction across implementation projects including managing relationships with senior customer leadership
- Responsible for operating, administering, and managing the day-to-day operations and driving partnerships with the cross-functional teams on site with clients.
skills and experience required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a service management role
- ITIL certification is a huge advantage
- Knowledge in IT infrastructure is required
- Financial Services or Banking working experience is an added advantage
