about the job
- Involved in service delivery team for service review, improvement-plan, resources optimization based on contractual deliverables as well as any new opportunity to drive future demand
- Monitor to facilitate the vendor engagement based on assigned resources/team for the company
- Overseeing Governance & Compliances for regional countries for the company
skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of experience as a IT Service Delivery Manager or performing service delivery
- Ability to understand in experience-context Microsoft 365 services operating in a diverse large-scale environment
- Mastery of Service Delivery and ITIL principles
- Knowledge of Modern workplace technologies and associated tools
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
- General knowledge of vendor management for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities whenever necessary
