About The Company

  • Our client is an International firm who is currently hiring for its growing teams

About The Role

  • Part of a team maintaining a 24x7 Global Support Services working on incidents from phone calls, emails, and the company proactive monitoring system


  • Provide level 1 & level 2 support to end users via telephone calls & incident tickets
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements, systems & issues
  • Service Desk phone support & in-person support to internal customers of all levels
  • Configure, install & troubleshoot hardware and software with minimal guidance

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree is required. A technical specialization is preferred
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk
  • Min 2 years’ experience in IT Technical Support
  • Experience in Active Directory, Outlook/Lotus Notes, O365, Citrix, Network and Server
  • Exposure to remote desktop support such as Citrix, RDP, SCCM and VMWare
  • Experience in configuration & troubleshooting of Windows OS, Office Suites software, PC hardware and handled devices
  • Able to communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese
